contemporary Elizabethan Hair Designs

For this design i want to roll the hair back at the front with a ratt, then the hair in loose curls, in front of the ears. So it is a contemporary design, but based on a Elizabethan hair style.

This design is more Elizabethan, but the curls hanging down from where it is rolled over, makes it look modern and even bridal hair. The bun is just something i want to practice doing and it is Elizabethan, so i wasnt sure, if i wanted to do it, on my contemporary idea. Around the sides and on top, would be tight curls all around, to see if it would work.
