Hair and beauty Inspiration

A series of images i found in a book in the library about creative make up and i found all the information and images really inventive and showed me inspiration for different ideas.

I choose this one as it looked the most like Elizabethan make up and hair, but in a contemporary style with it being dyed a really dark red and the curls are looser and pulled further forward. I really like how the paleness of the body and face make the hair stand out so much.

This one i chose, because of the crimped hair and it reminded me of that era, but slightly 70s to, as
it is long and the model looks so tanned and natural. I like crimping and i think i would like to do it more, as it makes the hair higher, bigger and easier to use.

A beauty editorial make up, but i love the pale makeup and how the hair covers most of the face and round it, to shape it. The hair does remind me of Elizabethan, but a modern feel to it, to me more old hollywood glamour, with the red lips, and the short curled over fringe. I want to practice to do that as well, to get more of a skill in it and as a want a contemporary style, i could include that in the experimentation.
